About Me

Hi, I’m Maria Montserrat — a yoga instructor, mindfulness practitioner, and former teacher.


I support people navigating stress, burnout, and life transitions through practical, body-based tools that restore calm, energy, and self-trust. My approach blends yoga, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation, designed to be accessible even in busy, demanding lives.


A core part of my work is creating programs for educators, inspired by my own experience in teaching and burnout.
